Sleek magnetic bike lights on Kickstarter
We like a good idea here at Cycling Manor, and this is one. Copenhagen Parts, who previously brought us the Bike Porter, are at it again, this time with rather covetable magnetic bike lights. They have a Kickstarter page going, and I’m pleased to report that they have met their goal and these shiny illuminators are going into the next phase of development.

About LisaLisa Black started riding bikes again in 2010 after a 15 year hiatus. She’s still getting the hang of it and rides mainly along the waterfront and (carefully) through the city. Lisa has a new appreciation of shortcuts and alleyways, and rides a mixte frame because she can do it in a frock.

They shore are purdy, and a clever idea. I have a feeling the design limits their appeal a bit though:
- only mount on steel, so not on seatposts of any recent bikes or at all on any alu bikes.
- fixed ‘average’ angle – would give the right beam height on one of the five bikes in our household.
