Caren is a sometimes nervous, often delighted urban cyclist trying to build up her confidence in contending with Wellington's traffic, hills and winds. She cycles more often since buying a step-through bike which allows her to wear a skirt, and has been enjoying accessorising her bike to make it both more practical and – yes – prettier.
